Need energy and vitality in the mornings to get your day started? Most of us reach for coffee or tea in the mornings for a caffeine kick. Consider drinking something a little more nourishing and rejuvenating. In today's blog, we have recipes for smoothies that can be a wake up tonic or afternoon refresher.
Packed with vitamin c this drink will surely put a smile on your face.
Things you will need: 3 Tangerines, 1 Ruby Red Grapefruit, Handful of Frozen Strawberries
Step 1: Peel and juice the tangerines and grapefruit
Step 2: Puree the tangerine and grapefruit juice with frozen strawberries.
There you have it sunshine in a cup!!
STRAWBERRY FIELDS FOREVER SMOOTHIE
Things you will need: 1cup Strawberries, 1/2 Frozen Banana sliced, 1 cup Coconut Milk, 1 teaspoon Honey or Agave Syrup
Step 1: Puree all the ingredients and adjust sweetner to taste ( if desired)
