RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our number one goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. At ARUZE, we are here to serve you. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it for online store credit.

-You can submit refund request up to 7 days after the date you received your order.

-Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of refund request.

-Refunds will ONLY be issued in the form of an online store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS.

-You may Not return: sales/clearance items, jewelry, or gift certificates/cards.

- We do not offer exchanges at this time.

-Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and un-altered, with tags ,if applicable, still attached.

-Your item must meet eligibility requirements for return. We inspect all items and reserve the right to deny or refuse a return.

-Please allow 5-7 business days to process following receipt of your returned item.

-Include your original receipt.

-Shipping is non-refundable.

-You are responsible for shipping fee for all returns.

-Store credit code will be emailed to you following processing and review.

-Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for any damage or vendor defects.

1. Place all the items you want to return back into the original packaging or your own packaging.

3.Include the original invoice in the package. If you can not locate invoice, please contact us.
